The Sutter County Planning Commission is scheduled to hear a Lennar proposal on June 17 for a private amenity center at Lakeside at Sutter Pointe Phase 1, according to the commission's posted agenda.
The item, Project U26-0010, calls for a use permit on Lot 3 of the Large Lot Final Map of the development, about 0.6 miles north of Riego Road and 0.5 miles west of Natomas Road. The agenda says the project would include an 8,245-square-foot restaurant and bar, a 10,400-square-foot fitness center, two swimming pools, a multipurpose indoor entertainment venue and an open plaza for outdoor concerts and events.
The agenda also says the proposal references an addendum to the previously certified Sutter Pointe Specific Plan Environmental Impact Report. The hearing is set for the commission's regular meeting in Yuba City.
