The Shasta Regional Transportation Agency board is scheduled to hold a public hearing on FY 2026/27 unmet transit needs and consider its comprehensive budget at its June 24 meeting, according to the agency’s board agenda.

The agenda places the unmet-transit-needs hearing, the annual transit needs assessment, Resolution 26-05, the Transportation Development Act budget and TDA payment instructions together on the regular calendar. The same meeting also includes a separate regular-calendar item for approval of SRTA’s FY 2026/27 comprehensive budget.

SRTA’s notice says the board meeting is set for 9 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, in the Salmon Room at 1255 East Street in Redding, with virtual access available by Zoom and phone. The agenda also says public comments may be submitted by email or mail under the agency’s stated deadlines.

The board agenda does not include the outcome of any votes, adopted budget figures or public testimony. It lists the items for consideration only.
